mgb and austin sedans used salisbury diffs are their ring and pinions interchangeable. a wagon with a fresh b20 is reving to 5000rpm at 75mph(speedo reads 110mph x correction factor)too frantic for sustained driving when all other cars are going 80 to 85mph.
