3.0 Yep... that's too low. Possibly the root of a wide variety of problems...

This is a blue bosch coil with no indication that it was made anywhere odd, but the test results are pretty damning.

So how do I go about getting the proper ballast resistor? I'm uneasy about getting the right part by asking for the old "mid-1980s dodge" resistor.
