Check Engine Light 200 1993

I cleared the codes after I replaced the o2 sensor and drove the car, which resulted in 1-1-1 and CEL gone 2 days ago.
Today unplugged the AMM, she started but rough idle. Swapped AMM, she runs now, but not as smooth as I would like. While swapping the AMM, I noticed a wet oil film in the flexible tubing running up to the throttle body. Disconnected that and ran my finger into the throttle body, which was wet with oil as well. Not much, but wet enough to think things aren't quite right.
Where is that oil coming from and is that impacting my idle and performance?

Thanks
