throttle valve switch 140-160

There seems to be no response with the injectors doing as you said. I did pull the cover off (of the throttle valve switch) and sprayed it down with electrical cleaner. With a test light none of the wires had voltage (not sure they should have). The coolant sensor works as it is supposed to as does the cold start injector. I took the auxilary air valve off and washed it out with electrical cleaner but with no luck. How do I manipulate the thing to test it?
How would I test the throttle valve switch as well.
