Faint engine clicking when accelerating 200 1993

1993 240 with 248k miles. Runs great and shifts smooth (automatic). I notice a faint clicking sound at idle and early acceleration that disappears as I speed up over 40. The sound is coming from the front center of the car or thereabouts.

Any ideas?
