pulling the B20 engine on the ES 1800 1973

It really helps to jack up the front of the car HIGH. You can't have too much swing room for the back of the engine, especially as I presume you have an OD. I would take off the exhaust manifold, this is a good time to break seized studs as it will be easier to get them out with the engine out. I like to pull the dizzy as well so that I can't damage it. A helper is good, make sure everyone keeps their body parts topside and clear of any swaying engine bits....
