The carbureted models have a mechanical pump on the side of the engine.
The FI models have an electric pump beside the tank.
There are two different styles, with one having 3 hose connections on the pump,
one of which is the return line,
and the other has the return line coming from the fuel pressure regulator under the hood, only 2 connections on the pump.
I think maybe yours is the earlier style with 3 connections on the pump but they can be converted easily.
