Agree with Klaus.This is an external leak.Replace the seal/gasket on the oil line. You might even try snugging it up a bit to see if the leak stops. Oil in the intercooler pipe is normal. Replace the seal and clean the intercooler and tubing. If it was a meltdown your car would look like a mosquitto fogger and pour TONS of smoke out the rear. I use a generic degreaser but soap works too. Just make sure it's good and dry before reassembly.
