I've bought a lot of distressed Amazons and PVs over the years. So much is variable with the particular area of the country, but I'm gonna throw out a number anyway. $1500

With the rot and the scrapes, it's just not a $3000 car IMO. The Weber is a minus in my book, the OD is a plus. In the end, it is worth what someone will pay for it, but it looks like a $1500 car to me, if you find the right buyer.
