Need help: checking float level (with pictures) 120-130

The level of the fuel in the float chamber will not be too high if the floats are as shown
in the excellent photos and the float valves are not leaking.
The gasket does nothing to prevent seepage as the level should not be that high.
You should be able to push the car easily in Neutral on level ground.
(My daughter could do it at age 5)
I would advance the ignition to where it idles the fastest and if it is not more
than 20°
advanced, leave it there.
Max advance should be around 35°. You don't have to measure the rpm, just speed it up
till it doesn't advance any farther.
