pressure testing 200 1979

Hi Art, Im still waiting for the gauges so if you have pic's on the Turbo Tests that would be great. While I have your ear "In the Bentley" under 240-17 to test CPR #2 With the ignition ON check for battery voltage across the terminals of the regulator wiring harness connector. If there is no voltage,an open circuit exests in the power supply to the connector (blue) wire,or the path from the connector to the ground(black wire). Well the ground is good but I had no power with the ignition on to the blue wire. Then I checked for power when cranking and running???.So is there a problem or is there only power to the connector when cranking and running???? I guess what I'm asking is the a mistake in the Bentley? Thanks for any insight,Charlie
