Is there such a thing as a small rivet press that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?

We actually have a variety of presses where I work, and if could find something that would work in a hand-operated press that would totally do the trick.

It seems like I saw a tool many years ago that was about 4 inches tall, and was either designed to be used with a hammer or press.
