Hello,
The sealing hub can be pried off with a pair of screwdrivers.
To get the hub to start to move use the bolt holes in the crank gear as pry points.
Try not to damage the sealing hub.
Any damage on the outer edge of the sealing hub can be fixed with a file and some 600 grit sandpaper.
The crank gear should have 2 threaded holes 5/16 x 18 thread and any gear puller can remove it.
The cam nut requires a 36mm socket.
You really should get one because you should torque the cam nut and you can do that accurately with a crescent wrench.
36mm is the same size as an early VW bug axle nut.
The nut is supposed to torqued to only 75 ft lbs so it should not be that hard to remove with the proper tools.
With the cam nut removed, you can pry the cam off with a pair of pry bars.
