Hey, we're all on your side. Measuring the cam may be the only way to find out what this cam is if the markings don't identify it. The Enem K19 296 is a 296º duration cam but whether that's what you have is another matter. It's a possibility going by the rest of the spec quoted but it maybe from the "Copycat Cam Company". Just posting the 2 main measurements base circle/width and base circle/height might help someone who keeps a database of these things.
