Every single one of those cams except the 282° one made peak power at around 6000rpm in my 2130's.
For your purposes, the A cam runs out of puff at 2300rpm. Switching to a K cam may give you a slight lift in economy if you are travelling along at 2000-3000rpm & it will give more torque from about 1500rpm's on up. You can find cams with the same timing as a K but .300"+ lobe lift, but then you need dual springs & would want to do some porting to get the extra benefit out of the extra lift.
