Identify Cam 120-130

Can lift and duration be measured 'at home'?

Like Phil S says.

When swapping cams or installing new ones, you really need to do what is in Phil's pic to do the job properly. The cam needs to be timed nearly as accurately as you would time your ignition system. Most of the cam company web sites have good instructions on how to degree in a cam. Getting more data is just one extra step.
