I learned the hard way not to use the "BF" scredriver. I tried that on my old Saab as a last resort, and I ended up with my only means of tranportation having an oil filter with a big hole in it.

I don't remember how I eventually got that filter off. Seems to me I had to take the whole oil filter assembley off the engine.
