93 940 No AC, no power to compressor

"I pulled the compressor side of the low pressure cut out switch and jumped it."

Did your test light show voltage on one of the cycling switch wires? If not, a likely cause is a bad solder joint from the Compressor relay mounted on the PC board in the control unit, as shown in these pics from the 700/900 FAQ below:
