I totally agree, buying a 140 with rocker panels in that condition is not a good idea, unless learning body repair rather than driving the car is your objective. I was merely addressing the feasibility of the repair, not the advisability of buying the car. Good solid 140s are getting scarce. So many of them were neglected or driven into the ground, but with a bit of patience they can be found.
