Picking a B20 head for my 145 140-160

Thanks all for the responses! I have also been doing a lot of reading about the different heads and I think I have decided on the carb head (assuming it really does have hardened seats). From what I read here (http://www.1800philes.com/engine_article.html) it seems that even with a thinner gasket, the "F" head would still not have as high of compression as the carb head. That, combined with the additional reliability of the hardened seats, tipped me towards selecting that head.
