turbo models do not use flame traps. The plumbing is there and it all looks the same, but the little insert inside the elbow is left out in T models. If you have one, someone put it in incorrectly.
As others have said, the small line goes to the middle of the intake. I will look at my one car that has egr and see if there's a t fitting later.

probably use carb cleaner for that sensor.
