Sure, call your insurance. But, firstly, I think this would fall under a collision claim, not comp.

And secondly, with exception of paint, I don't think this need be very expensive.I can't see a properly equipped shop needing more than a couple hours to straighten that out. Maybe $150/hour.. just can't see it being more than $300.

That would leave the rattle can paint work to you, as well as the moulding repair.

Or, take the opportunity to buy a couple tools and give it a try yourself. Worse case, you make it worse and have to find a new fender, which is not a biggie.

Best case, you spend $50 on a few tools. Hammer and dolly set, and a slide hammer puller (requires drilling holes, but I think you'd be able to only drill behind the moulding)... You'd learn something, and you'd get a great feeling of accomplishment.

Me? I'd start by beating the dent out from under fender, above the trim. Then hammer from the top, this then that then this then that, and use your slide hammer to pull from behind the molding.

Give it a shot! It's fun!
