MAKING UP A REMOTE CONTROL STARTER WIRE 200 1984

The stuff in the bag, with the exception of the alligator and paper clips is all wiring found in junked Volvos.

The mounting for the trunk unlock switch labeled "Rear Release" is an out-of-print floss dispenser. Innovate if you can or pick up a purpose-made remote starter switch at an auto parts place. Once you have one, you'll be sure to use it all the time. :)

The pink insulated connector doesn't really fit well, but that type of connector is typically found in my junk collection only. Known to me and maybe a handful of others as "Hollingsworth" much like the cellophane tape is known as "Scotch."

After I crimped it on, I discovered the interference with the offset female socket used in the Volvo, so I nipped out one side of the pink plastic. Just use an uninsulated spade with a bit of sleeving over it to keep it out of trouble.
