If you have fuel to the rail and the plugs are dry then the injectors are likely not firing. Either remove and replace the RSR or jumper it. Search the site for "Lucid RSR jumper" and you should find Lucid's how to on jumpering it. Bear in mind at this point you have only confirmed the presence of fuel in the rail...not ADEQUATE pressure(35psi). If your pump is dying it may sporadically provide, lets say 20psi. That's not enough for proper running. That's why I suggest the fuel pressure test. Its definitive. If you have 35 psi whilst cranking you can move on to other items and solve by the process of elimination. Just my 2 cents.
