BW35 to M41 Conversion 1800 1973

In an earlier post in this thread Eric (planetman) suggested you'll need a different flywheel -- 6 bolt vs. 8 bolt --- but I don't think that's correct. As far as I can remember - the 8 bolt crank started in 1974 (maybe it was different for the 1800 series). In any case, if you should need to get an 8 bolt flywheel for your '73 it shouldn't be hard to find one -- a 240 series flat flywheel can be used. You'll know one way or the other soon enough. -- Dave
