Hi,

Check if your plastic window slider blocks are broken:



I don't have a 700 but checking Skandix web store seems to show that your 700 also uses these same like my 900. These are located at the bottom of the glass's attachment to the mechanism. These are replaceable. Any of these broken may cause unbalanced window closing.
