For good (or bad) the nylon sliders in my door are absolutely like new-no wear at all.
The apparent wear is in the pivot at the "X," allowing some lost-motion so when the back of the glass is full-up, the front is about 1/2" behind it. It will close all of the way, but in doing so the glass tilts forward enough to leave a sliver at the top rear corner open (about 3/32" X 1") that makes wind noise.
No wear in the gear teeth or anything else-car has only 113k mi, or about 185k km so the regulator's likely had a lot less use than the one w/ 500k km I suspect.
