performance differences between '87 and '92 200

Thats because it did change. The 88 on up FPR has a higher pressure (went from 2.5 to 3.0 millibars) rating than the 85-87 one. More fuel is delivered to the rail. I know this for a fact as I own both an 87 and 88 both 5 speeds and the 88 is spunkier.
