Thanks for all your comments and things to think about and consider still.

As far as the M47, when I did the swap, I replaced everything from the dog dish style flywheel all the way back to the rear differential, so it is a 3.31. All the parts came out of the same donor car. I believe it was either a 90 or 91 Sedan.

I did take some pictures of cylinder #1 and #3. Both plugs were dry as a bone, so I believe that my wet spark plug problem is indeed gone. I will check on the TB and idle set screw at a later date before the boy goes back to school, but for right now it drives and he's taking care of it.
