PROBLEM SOLVED! Thanks to ALL! 120-130 64

RE-cleaned the main battery ground and scrubbed dilligently with a wire brush. It looked like the ground lead was contacting mainly the plastic / fiberglass battery tray. Used a round rasp file to gently clean the rust off the nut/receptable that the lead bolt goes into. Next, I thoroughly cleaned the Solonoid leads with fine sandpaper and the posts with a wire brush. Now it's a clean start every time (at least as of last night and this morning)!

Will keep the nicely detailed Solonoid disassembly instructions handy for a rainy Saturday. Thanks to ALL!
