There are 2 plugs under the tank. one is the standard 7/16" drain plug, the other one has a square socket drive, and can be removed using a 3/8" rachet plugged into the square hole. Removing the plug exposes the fuel pickup and filter sock, and also empties the tank in a hurry :)
