have you FOSTERIZED (soldered) your fuel relay ??? Could be "foster to the rescue" case here..Two things could be intermittently failing i.e. electrical or fuel.My guess is the later, that's the most common.If you haven't fosterized you relayS yet just ask how and I'm sure the Volvo Gurus

of this board will come to you rescue..It never fails..( I will be reading and learning from the sidelines)
