I have had a similar problem but the ck engine lite comes on and each time one of the codes is 1-2-1 MAF sensor loss of signal. I found a corroded frame to battery ground one time and thought that cured the problem. However the satlling has occurred twice since then . The engine will start but not pull when shifted into drive. I think turning the ignition key off resets the computer to defaults for the limp home mode. Then it will run and drive. I will be interested to see what the procedure is for soldering the fuel relays.
