FUEL RELAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU HAVE TWO UNDER THE HOOD OF YOUR CAR , ONE IS ON THE COOLANT RES. AND THE OTHER IS ON THE RIGHT STRUT AREA BEHIND THE BRAKING SYSTEM , TRY SWAPPING THEM ( THERE THE SAME RELAY ) AND YOUR VOLVO SHOULD START UP IF NOT CHANGE YOUR FUEL FILTER.. GOOD LUCK !
