Overdrive, Dtype 444-544

Brainstorming-
At one time IPD offered an increased tension pressure control spring. Do you think that would be enough to solve the problem, or does it *really* slip?
Any experts local to you? What other cars used the d-type?
Someone should chime in anytime now with the OD Guru's email address.
David at OJ Rallye would have some reliable knowledge- ojrallye@excel.net,
or maybe John Parker at www.v-performance. Either of them could probably get you an old-stock IPD spring.
