The reply mentioning the large bolt not being torqued properly is exactly right. The reference to more small bolts applies only to early 240s not to your B230F. This is a known problem with the cars when the correct (and simple) procedure is not followed. Pretty sad mechanics if they overlook that tightening stepand they owe you a timing belt and full repair on this one for sure.
