Emergency problem, please help 200

Rob -

Any chance that the vibration dampener split at the rubber ring? The properly torqued pulley would remain in place while the outer ring would fall off, as Tina describes? If that's the case, the tech many not have noticed the condition of that pulley.

If, however, the whole pulley fell off, Tina has a major case with the air head that did the job.
