Jamie,
Had a similar problem with my 740Ti just last week. Came in from a drive, tried to start it 10 minutes later, nothing. Had fuel, pressure, spark, couldn't figure out why it wasn't starting.
Found out the injectors weren't firing and traced it back on the harness.
Turns out it was the connector for the resistor pack that feeds power to the injectors. The connector was full of crud, cleaned it and it restarted. Been fine ever since. This connector is located behind the driver's side headlight and looks like 4 ceramic cylinders bolted to the inner fender.
Also check all other connectors under the hood, add some dielectric grease to them and reseal. You may deter upcoming problems by doing this. Tie wrap the connectors together if necessary, the grease makes them a little slipperier and they may come apart more.
Good luck!
