Where's the Boost?? Brainpower needed 700 1990

You're getting some boost, so the turbo is probably working.

It's possible (not probable) that the actuator is not holding the wastegate closed even with the hose disconnected....test the actuator with a pressure source and see what pressure it opens at.

How did you test the compressor bypass valve?
