Where's the Boost?? Brainpower needed 700 1990

Yeah, I've inspected those hoses very carefully. They don't have any holes in them that I can see, but a couple of them are in need of replacing soon because they are getting soft.

I did find a big tear in my air intake hose, but that shouldn't matter as it's on the low pressure side of the turbo. I'm ordering this EXPENSIVE hose asap. I wish it was as simple as a hole in a hose.

What are the chances it's the bypass valve?

Btw, I'm not getting any black smoke.
