It's not the square lamps that intrigued me (although I do like the look). It was the thought of a late model 240 2 door (I knew it was too good to be true). I've always been disappointed that Volvo abandoned the two door market. Not everyone has 2 point 3 kids and a dog. When they announced the end of the 200 series and were making deals on the last of the '93 cars I would have bought one if they had still been making the 242. I should have looked into buying one of the last wagons. I couldn't buy a 4 door sedan but I could live with a wagon. Now a 243 wagon. That would be something.
