Easy Question

I had this problem and when I swapped a tach for the clock, it required removing the instrument cluster. By just unplugging the circular multi pin plug on the right side of the cluster caused my temp gauge to work correctly for the last year and a half. I would do what the previous poster said about removing the yellow wire and clean the terminals and then try the cluster.
