Inspect a B20 block 140-160

The donor car is a 142 which has been sitting outside for a long, long time. I can have the motor and anything else as long as I take the whole car. Even if I wanted the body (and I do not) I have no space for it. So I would like to be certain the motor will be worth the effort.

It can be cranked by hand. There is oil in the pan. Looks like oil leaks have kept it from rusting over.

The radiator is empty and this is what has me concerned. The drain on the block produced nothing. So it is either frozen from the cold, or empty. Would a pressure test of the cooling system give any indication of leaks? (I guess it would.)
