I never took it personal but I have a seriously problem with the concept of "this is newer so it's better" but I agree, of course, that a car cannot run on and on for ever. What car to drive and when to give it up is a personal decision and of course as men with families, our wifes and children have a say. Personally, I will never sell or scrap my car, only serious structural damage would make me replace my car and if I did, it would be with a 940 diesel. But as I said, that is a personal decision.
