cam gear set 140-160

He actually said it was a set, but is it really worth changing the crank gear? This place only has two cam grinds that he can do, standard and 'hot'. I've checked the specs on the hot cam and is not as wild as an R-Sport (but according to 'Reid Racing' here in Lonnie,) would be as hot as I would want for the street.
It sounds like you have a very desirable power/weight ratio in the clubman. Next time I'm down that way I'll drop in for a look at it. It will be sooo drivable with the supercharger, it should give power over a broad rev range. Is it the 'Vintage Performance Developments' supercharger from Canada? I made enquiries about one and it would cost around $4000au to get it over here, but that is still a cheap option comsidering.
Can you tell me more about this Brookfield-modified head. Double valve springs? Porting? Bigger valves? Is the chamber reshaping to unshroud the valves? Would it flow better than a B20E head with it's bigger valves and ports?
I will hold off on getting this head of mine done, until I find out more about your head. It sounds interesting.
Matt.
