Were it me, I'd make the decision based mostly on what you can find... I don't think you'll notice much difference between the 6" and 7" unless you are doing some serious autocross or racing stuff.

The Volvo turbo wheels fit great, look great, and you can go with your 205/60, or a 195/65...which is generally my choice. They are 15" x 6". And if you find the right scrap yard, they won't realize their desirability, and you might score a set cheap. Get the lug nuts too.
