No start...HELP! 200 1975

Why was the car parked? Do you have the plug wires on correctly?
You should probably match up TDC on #1 with where the rotor is
pointed on the distributor (in case the cam got put in upside down).
How is the compression? Have you verified that the cam is rotating?
You should also set the timing. A wimpy yellow spark should at least
make the darned thing cough.
