No start...HELP! 200 1975

Not sure how the rare B20 is ignited, but it sure sounds like the same effect an open, missing or defective condenser would have on a breaker point system. I figure even in 75 the 240 had breakerless ignition and a transistorized driver for the coil. Is it under a rectangular cover like the ignition on my 79? Tempted to ask if the ground is good; do you have full cranking voltage at #15 on the coil? Is the starter contact bypassing the resistor?
