No start...HELP! 200 1975

This car ran fine before it was parked. I was going to be a project car, I was going to pull the motor out and overbore it. Some where along the way I bought a TURBO which cured my need for speed, I thought I may have screwed up the wires, so switched them 180 degrees, no start. I have tried all four possible starting points for the plug wires.
