Surging on Deceleration 700 1989

I found my problem. It was a bad contact on the knock sensor electrical connector. I had hosed down that side of the engine to remove the CRUD build up on the ICV. Well, I must have messed up the Knock sensor's electrical connector.

Removed it, cleaned the contacts, reseated and presto - no more surging on deceleration.

I'm going to replace the Knock sensor just because the existing one is original. I'll add the dielectric to help keep a better connection.
